Greeted by name when I arrived (bit scary! how do they know), everything well explained and car sorted. Only hiccup was not all the works were done - dealer recall works couldnt be done so necessitates a return visit.

The inspection showed up a defective tyre. You wanted to charge £440.73. I refused as I felt the cost was extortionate. I called my local tyre company and got a like for like replacement for £277 bmw stated they could buy it in for that price .
