Lovely welcome, MOT carried out quickly and washed before hand back. Only concern was that all tyres were an advisory and I would have happily allowed BMW to replace but cost per tyre was ridiculous (over £200 more to change compared to elsewhere).

Helped me book a while you wait appointment for MOT as local transport for returning home is very limited. Waiting area very comfortable with coffee available. Reception staff very helpful.

My car has been returned with both tyre fixed but i have a notice on the console starting the car does not detect any tyres, which i assume means it cant register the pressure. In addition, my settings have changed and my car wont automatically lock.

I arrived at 8am and was greeted with a smile and a 'how can I help you'. Within a few minutes I was on my way, a free agent was abate paperwork already on his desk, hand over the keys and a 'we will call you when it's ready. 120 mins later all done.

Booking the appointment was painful and I was misinformed about how long the car would be needed. The staff onsite are however brilliant. BMW call management is not good. I haven't got time to spend ages trying to book in my vehicle.

The team at Berry Banstead were all friendly and efficient. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the team doing the car valet omitted to hoover in the boot . Everything else was done well

Really good service, top people. My concern is just with the car. I have had two garage visits and two road side assistance on the same electric seat issue. I am about to leave warranty and it doesn't feel fixed. This doesn't seem quite right to me
