The service was not updated on car's system and was giving a warning sign that service is overdue, was quite annoying and had to take the car bsck to the centre for update. It was very invonvenient to take time off and go again to get it done !

It was our first time using Berry Banstead. Alice was very accommodating and approachable. I needed to wait while my car was being serviced, but I did not request this at the time of booking and Alice was very helpful and met my needs.
