Overall great service. However my passenger wing mirror had been knocked and the glass was loose when I collected my car. I noticed a few retaining tabs broken off the back of the mirror, I pushed it back on and luckily it is now secure.

Good god I have never had so many emails and texts about a service, pull yourselves together. 1 reminder email/text is sufficient

Absolutely brilliant customer service by Alice. I had quite a sizeable repair bill for a leaking coolant problem, which was covered by my warranty plan. Also, front suspension had deteriorated and needed repair. Alice was excellent throughout!
